Chef Bryan Voltaggio is the executive chef and owner of VOLT and Family Meal, both located in Frederick, Maryland. Along with his brother, Chef Michael Voltaggio, Bryan is the chef and partner in STRFSH in Santa Monica, CA, as well as Voltaggio Brothers Steak House at MGM National Harbor. He lives in Frederick, MD with his wife and three children.
Born in Frederick, MD, Chef Michael Voltaggio is the acclaimed Chef and owner of Sack Sandwiches in Los Angeles, where he is currently based. In 2011, Michael’s ink. restaurant received the title of GQ’s Best New Restaurant In America and in 2013 he was recognized as one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs. He was also the winner of Bravo’s Top Chef and hosted the Travel Channel series, Breaking Borders.
We offer two private dining experiences at Estuary. Our Private Dining Room seats 24 and features views of CityCenterDC, while our Willow Room seats 45 and features the stunning Blue Willow Wall. Both have access to our South Terrace.
