Chef de Cusine Ria Montes and her team, including Senior Sous Chef Sean Tew, work in partnership with local farmers, fishers and ranchers who practice sustainable methods that ensure the integrity of the land and waterways. Private dining at Estuary is a curated experience. With our unique spaces, including the intimate Private Dining Room connected to the outdoor South Terrace, the stunning Blue Willow Room featuring the Blue Willow Wall art installation and the open kitchen Main Dining room, which boasts sprawling views of the surrounding city, Estuary can host events from 15 to 100 people.
