About Our Chef
Chef de Cuisine Arturo Elias brings a deeply personal touch to every dish, making full use of his traditional French training while also drawing inspiration from memories of cooking side-by-side with his grandmother in Mexico. His multicultural experience shines through in bold, flavorful accents that add a unique twist to Mid-Atlantic fare, blending time-honored techniques with a passion for innovation.
Private dining at Estuary is a curated experience. With our unique spaces, including the intimate Private Dining Room connected to the outdoor South Terrace, the stunning Blue Willow Room featuring the Blue Willow Wall art installation and the open kitchen Main Dining room, which boasts sprawling views of the surrounding city, Estuary can host events from 15 to 100 people.

Join us on Sunday, April 20, for an elegant Easter celebration at Estuary. Indulge in a festive three-course prix fixe brunch menu thoughtfully crafted by our Chef de Cuisine, Arturo Elias, highlighting the vibrant flavors of spring. Perfect for gathering with family and friends, this culinary experience promises to delight guests of all ages.
Little ones will be enchanted by a special appearance from the Easter Bunny in our third-floor Atrium from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., making it a memorable day for the entire family.
Brunch is available beginning at 11:00 a.m., with the last seating at 1:30 p.m.
Pricing is $110 per adult and $50 per child (12 and under). Children under 4 dine complimentary from a specially curated menu.
